What they needed

Coucoo had a fixed launch deadline and needed a premium store that could turn a large seasonal audience into customers.

What Seen It delivered

Seen It designed and built the storefront, connected Klaviyo flows and tightened every step from landing page to checkout.

The challenge

Coucoo had one shot at Black Friday. The date could not move, and the existing site could not handle the traffic or tell the story properly.

Their biggest asset was a large, warm email list that had nowhere good to land.

How Seen It approached it

  1. 01

    Design around the moment

We built landing experiences made for a single campaign click, with the offer, availability and booking all visible without scrolling for answers.

  2. 02

A store built to hold up

The Shopify Plus build was kept lean and fast so peak traffic did not turn into lost sales.

  3. 03

    Email doing the heavy lifting

Klaviyo flows, segments and back-in-stock triggers were wired directly into the storefront so every send had a matching page.

  4. 04

    Rehearsed launch

We load tested, ran a full content freeze and stood by on launch night to fix anything in minutes.

The outcome

  • More than £325K in email-driven sales on the first day.
  • The site handled peak traffic with no slowdown or outage.
  • Coucoo kept a reusable campaign template for every drop after BFCM.

They hit an immovable deadline and the launch was our best day ever.
